Bellevue Red Lion Food Truck Lot

The NW Corner of the Bellevue Red Lion parking lot at 112th and Main St. will host a food truck pod. This corner is directly adjacent to the new light rail/transit station constuction, is next door to the Hilton and is 2-blocks South of Meydenbauer Center. 2-blocks South is Lincoln Plaza and the Brookside Office Park. The Association has property authority and a blanket restroom agreement. Lunch hours will begin with 11am to 2pm weekdays and a possible dinner shift added at a later date.
