These letters along with commissary ticket must be posted. Menu for that day must be sent to info@thesauerkrautfoodtruck.com one week prior. If this is not done, you will be replaced by another food truck for that day. Please post on your social media and we will ensure that FSCU sends out your menu and promotes. Please send your ticket count and sales to info@thesauerkrautfoodtruck.com within 24 hours after event. One food truck per week (and sometimes a dessert truck addition) for now. We will evaluate program success, then make necessary adjustments. To keep the rotation fresh we allow food trucks to keep 6 weeks between bookings.
