Battle of the Bases

Battle of the Bases Flag Football Game Overview: Two-time Super Bowl campion and Carolina Panthers, Torrey Smith in conjunction with his non-profit, Torrey Smith Family Fund, invited service members from Fort George G. Meade, Fort Belvoir, Joint Base Andrews, and Marine Corps Base Quantico to compete in a four-team 9-on-9 flag football tournament. The goal is to enhance esprit de corps, celebrate camaraderie among bases with some friendly competition and raise money for USO of Metropolitan Washington – Baltimore. The main fundraiser will be the night before at Jimmy’s Famous Seafood in Baltimore.
